One of the core drivers of growth and revenue at Doglas Group. The team manages hundreds to thousands of SKUs, analyzes pricing and market trends, forecasts demand, and makes decisions that directly influence sales performance. Working closely with supplier partners and Retail Purchasing, the department expands our online market presence and identifies opportunities to strengthen profitability across every product category.
The backbone of our frontline operations, sourcing and supplying competitive product offerings for our sales teams. Team members continually seek better pricing, identify emerging trends and potential best sellers, and build a broad supplier network. Their decisions directly shape what we sell and how competitively we bring products to market.
BDM drives growth on a global scale by collaborating with companies and high-volume partners around the world. The team manages large sales and purchase transactions, scouts international opportunities, and establishes new channels. Its global network brings new insight to the Company and helps shape our strategic direction.
IT leads the Company’s innovative direction through rapid technological change and the AI era. The team develops, maintains, and improves our ERP system and wider digital infrastructure. Beyond day-to-day support, it contributes to forward-looking projects that connect AI technology with long-term business strategy and create smarter, more efficient ways of working.
The financial foundation of the Company, overseeing cash flow, invoicing, payments, payroll, and financial reporting. Accounting works closely with frontline teams to understand the business end-to-end, maintain accuracy and compliance, and support the strategic decisions that guide the Company forward.
Logistics keeps the business moving by ensuring products reach their destinations on time and without disruption. Across road freight, ocean shipping, and air cargo, the team coordinates complex national and international supply chains. Problem-solving, organization, and clear communication under pressure keep this network seamless and reliable.
The engine of our warehouse and fulfillment activity. Operations manages order confirmation, inbound and outbound processing, inspection, picking, packing, and the loading of hundreds of pallets for shipment. Technicians, Associates, and RMA team members gain hands-on experience and a complete view of end-to-end warehouse operations.
HR supports the people-first foundation of the Company and manages the full employee lifecycle. The team partners with every department to attract talent, deliver learning and development, shape culture through thoughtful policies, and strengthen engagement through performance initiatives and company events.
