About the role

Join our Retail Purchasing Team in a junior-level role that combines market research, purchasing data, order coordination, and process improvement. You will help the team make informed buying decisions while developing hands-on experience across the purchasing lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  • Collect and organize purchasing, sourcing, and market data.
  • Prepare clear analysis and reports that support buying decisions.
  • Place approved online retail orders and track them through delivery.
  • Coordinate with retailers and internal teams to resolve order exceptions.
  • Research competitive offers and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Help improve purchasing workflows, systems, and data quality.

What you’ll bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, purchasing, retail buying, procurement, or data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
  • Professional fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong numerical, organizational, communication, and spreadsheet skills.
  • Comfort using Excel, office software, and AI-assisted research tools.
  • Valid authorization to work in Canada before the start date.

Preferred experience

  • Familiarity with major online retail platforms and consumer electronics.
  • Experience with ERP or purchasing systems.
  • Interest in developing toward a procurement or buyer role.

Compensation & benefits

$37,000–$42,000 a year, paid bi-weekly. The package may include:
